Just running by to say hello!
Midsummer's Eve was rainy and windy but we had good food and nice company.
My favorite thrift shop is closed for the summer and everything was sold out for half the price; it was crowded with people bargain-hunting.
I found a vintage bead spread (to be a summer dress?) and ditto tablecloth
So cute! (via art for housewives) My little sister is going to Capetown again to work in August, maybe she can find a little gecko to me?

Recently
I went to a summer birthday party in a lovely garden, made by my friend Pia's husband Ulf.
Being a garden amateur he has transformed an ordinary Swedish "villaträdgård" (bungalow garden) to a wonderful haven with many little rooms with themes as Japanese, alpine, Swedish woodland and so on.
At present time the garden is one of competitors in TV4 "Äntligen trädgård" and on Thursday this week we will keep our fingers crossed for them!

At last...
the summer came to Sweden!
Today it's hot as h---!
I'll try to make it to Stadsparken (City Park) and participate in World Wide Knit In Public Day; found the event at Webblogg

Estonian ceramic's artist, makes fabulous little creatures, I love this little dragon bowl, found in Galerii Kaks.
In spite of the rain and storm we had a great time in Tallin, well worth a visit. Eating and drinking is the cheapest to do, Olde Hansa was a highlight!
Now to the most important thing today:
Please forgive me for neglecting all you wonderful readers...I'm far too busy with other things to do right now so I'm sorry to say that this is the way it works at the time.
My time and inspiration will come back.
