Höst
we call the season you name fall and autumn. I like höst very much, it inspires me to even more crafting.
I'll take up my big knitting project, a cardigan, and hopefully it will be ready before winter.
This picture reminds me of the lovely days we had in July...

A little bowl
Made by one of the crafters, Kajsa Källérus. I really like the shape and color.
The exhibition was a bit of a disappointment. Much nice works and not so many visitors but the event competed with some big fairs nearby.
And I sold some of my items, that was fun!
Look here, very nice snap purse.

Busan
is taking a little rest.
Since I've been thinking recently to visit my motherland I was very happy to see that Paloma Muñoz and Walter Martin will participate at ARS'06 at the Museum of Contemporary Art, KIASMA in Helsinki, Finland.
And I read about LWSDM at things magazine. "lwsdm is me Lewis Martin a Scottish architect living in Helsinki, Finland"
At his place i found links to

May I introduce
Busan, a cute little rascal, my newest friend. She's so cuddly and sweet, and always up to something.
I wish she was mine...but we can't have cats where we live right now.
Very nice dolls made by Maria Cininha

Yesterday
...was a beautiful day with sunshine and no wind at all. I was visiting friends at the countryside just north of Örebro.
Suddenly a little fox came by, not a bit frightened of us. Sadly, it was probably infected by fox scabies. It looked a bit ragged at the body. You can see more pictures here.

I have been to the charity shop today
...and I found some small things: a picture to my angel collection by childrens books illustrator Kerstin Frykstrand, a mangling sheet, lace, thread, apron, zipper, felt pieces and some vintage textile. I am quite happy with my finds!
I made me a little sewing pouch from and old kitchen towel, embroidered by my mother-in-law long time ago.

Postcard
A little collage made for someone special...
I hope I translated it right:
'I smiled captivated, intoxicated by love'
My sister reminded me of this, it really keeps me happy and smiling.
So sweet!

The American Interpreter
Grammar for emigrants to America.
I got this little book from my sister, she found it at a flea market somewhere upnorth. It's printed 1891 and was a very good handbook to the Swedes seeking fortune and a better life "over there". It contained everything one should know, look at the handy phrases over here.
Almost every family in Sweden have emigrant ancestors in America and Finns as well (My paternal grandfather had an eccentric older brother in Texas).
I really need this (via Mighty Goods) and some small items from here (via Liselotte)

Oil-crayons
from Red Cross flea market here in Örebro.
Now is our oldest son back in Oslo working, the youngest in Stockholm for military service and my sister is back home in Umeå.
It's been intense but fun, I miss them all.
Sister and I have been crafting, cycling and shopping.
Now it's catch up time. You've been very busy out there!
Here is a heart to you, my little sister
